The break/fix model has its benefits in that you don’t need to pay the costly fees for an on-site IT department or pay for the 24/7 monitoring that comes with Managed Services. You only pay when an issue occurs and you require our services, then you pay an hourly rate for those services.
If you don’t require IT support often, or periodic downtime isn’t that much of an issue to your business, then Telelink’s break/fix support package is for you. As your business grows (along with your infrastructure), then you can consider moving onto one of our Managed Services packages.
