From an early age, Garrison was fascinated by computers, writing programs and solving hardware and software issues while still in elementary school.
Nothing pleases him more than making technology meet the wants and needs of users, and he brings that passion to Telelink.
Garrison has deep roots in South-Central Alaska where he was born and raised in the small town of Ninilchik and comes from a long line of commercial salmon fishermen.
He moved from the arctic cold to the heat and humidity of northern Georgia where he worked for the University of Georgia in the library mail room and completed an associate’s degree at Gainesville State College before earning his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from North Georgia College and State University.
Now in the Mid-South, Garrison thoroughly enjoys living in Memphis, one of the cultural centers of America. Occasionally he returns to Alaska in the summer to commercial fish.
