For clients with [level] support, you can submit a support request right from your computer by following these steps –
Step 1
Find the life ring icon in your computer’s system tray at the bottom right side of the screen

Step 2
Right click and depending on the type of issue, chose either ‘Request Support’ or ‘Take Screenshot and Request Support’

Step 3
Fill out the details of your issue and submit the form. If you chose to take a screen it will automatically be attached to the support request
